Basic Terms & Conditions of Stay
1. Above find the indication of the total allowable persons per unit. Please discuss your full requirements when making a reservation.
2. Out of season rates applicable outside of school holidays/weekends/long weekends and public holidays.
3. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all reservations during school holidays and any normal weekend.
4. All long weekends must be booked for the full period.
5. A deposit of the full value of the accommodation is required as confirmation of reservation. No reservations are confirmed without payment. The full balance of the account (all extras) must be settled on departure.
Important Notice
No more than the allowable amount of persons per unit will be allowed to occupy any specific unit.
Should you be more than the allowable total or you arrive with more persons that you actually booked for; the extra persons will have to book alternative accommodation. This is regardless of age of any persons per unit.

Check in and out times
Check in time for ANY Timeshare occupation is at 15h00 and Check in time for any Hotel related occupation is at 14h00. Check out time for both are at 10h00 the following morning or on the last day of your stay.
Should your room or unit not be vacated by 10h00 Housekeeping will courteously knock on the door in order for them to continue with stripping the room/unit of all linen,
towels, gowns, rubble etc. as the room/unit has to be cleaned and prepared for the next arrivals.
A late checkout surcharge of R114.00 per hour or part thereof will be levied against your account as from 10h30.
