What is check in time? Check out time?
Hotel guests check in time is anytime from 14h00 on the day of arrival.
Timeshare / Points bookings arrival time is anytime from 17h00 on the day of arrival.
Check out time for all accommodation units is strictly 10h00 on the day of departure.
Should you wish for a late checkout, please request at reception and this will be allowed only if there is no arrival for the day. A late checkout will be charged at a rate of 114.00 per hour from 10h00.
Check in requirements?
All guests are requested to present their ID documents on arrival and all Points organization booking guests must present their Guest certificate as well as their I D documents.
Please be advised that the guest whose name appears on the guest certificate must be present upon checking in.
We provide safe parking in front of the hotel. Each room has an allocated parking bay.
If you arrive with more than one vehicle, the extra vehicles will find open parking bays at the one side of the parking
lot that is not allocated to a specific unit number.
What is the procedure in making a reservation?
You can either call us on 023-6141150 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
where we will ask for all your details
and make a provisional booking for you. A provisional booking form as well as our terms and conditions will be sent to you
via email or fax. You will then be given a due date for payment of your full accommodation.
Your payment must then be received by us on that due date or your reservation will be cancelled.
Proof of payment and the signed terms and conditions must be sent to us once you have made your payment.
Once your payment has been received and processed by us, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Based on 100% of the value of any quotation or booking, cancellations will attract the following cancellation fee:
a) Cancellation 30 or more calendar days before the event - 25%
b) Cancellation 20 calendar days before the event - 50%
c) Cancellation 10 calendar days before the event - 100%
What is your pet policy?
Unfortunately we do not allow any pets at the resort.
What is your policy when we arrive with extra guests?
Should you have more guests that what we allow per room, the extra guests will have to book and stay in separate
accommodation at the normal rack rates.
Should there be no extra accommodation units available for rental, the guests would have to return home.
We do not advise you to arrive here with extra guests as we do not allow more than the totals as per below:

Apartment - A type - max 4 persons only (recommend 2 Adults and 2 Children)
Apartment - B type - max 2 adults and 4 children (12 years and younger) only
Apartment - C Type - max 2 Adults and 2 children (12 years and younger) only
Apartment - D type - max 6 persons only (recommended 4 Adults and 2 children)
All Mountain chalets: - max 6 persons only
All of the above totals are INCLUSIVE OF CHILDREN OF ANY AGE
