Rates are per night and are inclusive of Vat @ 14% and the use of all resort facilities. 1% Tourism Levy not included. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates for hotel rooms include the following:
Breakfast for all occupants as per allowable total
2 x R30.00 meal vouchers per night of occupation
Free use of the resort facilities
24 hour access to our Hot Mineral Springs
Rates for Semi Lux apartments include the following:
2 x R70.00 meal vouchers per night of occupation

Rates for Mountain Chalets include the following:
4 x R70.00 meal vouchers per night of occupation
And 2 x R70.00 meal vouchers at out of season rate.

Basic Terms & Conditions of Stay
1. Above find the indication of the total allowable persons per unit. Please discuss your full     requirements when making a reservation.
2. * Out of season rates applicable outside of school holidays and or long weekends.
3. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all reservations during school holidays and any normal weekend.
4. All long weekends must be booked for the full period.
5. A deposit of the full value of the accommodation is required as confirmation of reservation. No reservations are confirmed without payment. The full balance of the account (all extras) must be settled on departure.
Total Amount Of Persons Per Self Catering Unit:

Apartments - A type - max 4 persons only (recommend 2 Adults and 2 Children)
Apartments - B type - max 2 adults and 4 children (12 years and younger) only
Apartment - C Type - max 2 Adults and 2 children (12 years and younger) only
Apartment - D type - max 6 persons only (recommended 4 Adults and 2 children)

All Mountain chalets: max 6 persons only

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

No more than the allowable amount of persons per unit will be allowed to occupy any specific unit.

Should you be more than the allowable total or you arrive with more persons that you actually booked for; the extra persons will have to book alternative accommodation. This is regardless of age of any persons per unit.

Check in and out times

Check in time for ANY Timeshare occupation is at 17h00 and Check in time for any Hotel related occupation is at 14h00. Check out time for both are at 10h00 the following morning or on the last day of your stay.

Should your room or unit not be vacated by 10h00 Housekeeping will courteously knock on the door in order for them to continue with stripping the room/unit of all linen, towels, gowns, rubble etc. as the room/unit has to be cleaned and prepared for the next arrivals.

A late checkout surcharge of R114.00 per hour or part thereof will be levied against your account as from 10h30.
